warnmcr: bathtubs, booths and boybands...

Word of Warning...

And so we find ourselves at the halfway point in Works Ahead, slightly weary but elated... and you've STILL got time to join us at Contact tonight! (Fri 9 May).  As soon as we've packed up our bathtub, sound booths and multiple boyband Pauls, Contact becomes home, on Sat 10 May, for a preview of Hetain Patel's American Boy.

Next week (w/c 12 May) I'm intrigued by (but know little about) Studio Matejka' Awkward Happiness of Everything I Don't Remember About Meeting You at The Lowry on Wed 14 May.  From Thu 15 - Sat 17 May there's also Nick Birchill's White Night at Sale Waterside and Unlimited Theatre's Money... The Gameshow at the Royal Exchange.

For those up for a further-flung outing, Mayfest in Bristol gets underway (15-25 May). Then, closer to home, coming up the following week (w/c 19 May) is Avaes Mohammed at Theatre in the Mill and Léonie Kate Higgins at The Lowry.

Procrastination tactics over for the week, it's now time to go and get nervous for tonight's Works Ahead!

best
