warnmcr: haphazardly sick!

Word of Warning...
So, Word of Warning's spree of hyperactivity continues tomorrow, Sat 28 Feb, with Haphazard. From 12-4pm we will be filling Z-arts with random occurrences with everything from quirky quoits to a jungle jamboree and all for free, so please do drop in and join us - all ages more than welcome.

Elsewhere you can still catch DV8's John at the Lowry (tonight Fri 27 Feb - click here for ticket offer), Blast Theory's Too Much Information (27 Feb - 1 Mar - selling very fast) at the Royal Exchange and FutureEverything everywhere (25-28 Feb).  Further afield at the Unity, Liverpool you can also see David Rosenberg + Glen Neath's Fiction on Fri 27 + Sat 28 Feb.

Next week, SICK! Festival hits Manchester with a bang.  We at WoW are really happy to be co-promoting Hunt & Darton Cafe popping up on Piccadilly Approach (5-25 March) with a plethora of guest waiters.  Also in SICK! Festival: at Contact is Pieter Ampe's So You Can Feel on Tue 2 Mar; and Contact Young Company's Under The Covers (directed by Stacy Makishi) (4-7 Mar);  Chris Green's Prurience is on Wed 3 Mar at the Methodist Central Buildings: and Lois Weaver's What Tammy Needs To Know About Getting Old and Having Sex  is on Fri 6 March at Z-arts.

The Lowry is has 3 days of dance with Smallpetitklein's Within This Dust on Thu 5 + Fri 6 Mar and Jasmin Vardimon's Park on Sat 7 Mar. Sleepwalk Collective's Karaoke is at Axis, Crewe on Tue 3 Mar, and the Hear Me Roar weekender is in Lancaster including a Drunken Nights on Fri 6 Mar (at the Wagon & Horses pub allegedly!)

The following week is so busy it's almost impossible to unpick. SICK! Festival has Ridiculusmus, La Ribot, Chop Theatre and (beyond WoW's usual fare but still significant) the harrowing Nirbhaya.  Beyond that, amongst other things; The Lowry has Wim Wandekeybus's Ultima Vez, Reckless Sleepers are back in Cheshire; DV8 are in Blackpool and Rajni Shah + Andy Smith are in Lancaster.

best
