warnmcr: Hobson's choice...

What a difference a fortnight makes - from pecs flexing to skulking off with tail between legs, leaving an ever diminishing gaggle to squabble over who runs the country. The lack of choice needn't trouble us voters though, as we can do no more than look-on as our fate is decided by 200k paid-up party members...
If you need less depressing entertainment, in performance world, there's a small flurry over the next couple of weeks...

IRL:
Next week (w/c 18 Jul) Greater Manchester Fringe continues with Leo & Hyde's Double Life  at Whitworth Locke (20-28 Jul); HUMANHOOD's ∞ {Infinite} is at The Lowry on Thu 21 Jul; while Refract Festival is at Sale Waterside 21-30 Jul. Further afield Mandla's As British As A Watermelon is at Sheffield Theatres on Thu 21 Jul.

The following week (w/c 25 Jul) Refract in Sale has John Osborne's John Peel's ShedSuperfan Performance's Just Like AnimalsOff the Jacket's Withered Optimism and Ermini/Van Huynh's Glam. Contact has CYC with Gob Squad's While we were waiting something changed.
Further afield Unity Liverpool has Alex Roberts's No Place Like Home and The Holbeck, Leeds has Holly Beaseley-Garrigan's Opal Fruits.

After that things go pretty dead - so next week, I will do my attempt to make some sense of Edinburgh - maybe it'll help me make a final decision whether to go!
