warnmcr: in your orbit...

Buckle up for another circumnavigation of the Mancunian sphere - it's another busy one...

This weekend tonight, Fri 19 Oct Quarantine's Wallflower is at the New Adelphi University of Salford; and Emma Decent's I Don't Know What I'm Supposed To Be Doing is at Chorlton Library. You can also still catch Keisha Thompson's Man On The Moon (until Sat 20 Oct) plus Elmi Ali's Water, Seeds Not Stone (20, 22, 23 Oct) at STUN Studio at Z-arts; while Glen Neath + David Rosenberg's Séance is outside The Royal Exchange Theatre (19-31 Oct).
Elsewhere, Derelict has Clod Ensemble's Placebo at the Media Factory in Preston tonight, Fri 19 + Sat 20 Oct; and Unlimited Theatre + RashDash's Future Bodies is at the LBT, Huddersfield on Fri 19 Oct.

Next week (w/c 22 Oct) sees Orbit Festival (23 Oct - 3 Nov) at HOME, this week including Xavier de Sousa's Post on Tue 23 Oct; YESYESNONO's Propel scratch night on Wed 24 Oct; and a return for Toussaint To Move's Windows of Displacement on Fri 26 + Sat 27 Oct.  Meanwhile, The Lowry has Meraki Collective's Drift on Tue 23 Oct; Contact has Nima Séne's Beige B*tch at STUN on Fri 26 + Sat 27 Oct; ; and the Royal Exchange Theatre has Chris Thorpe's The Mysteries (25 Oct - 11 Nov).

Further afield, Lancaster Arts has Julie Rose Bower's The Foley Explosion on Tue 23 Oct; while The Arts Centre at Edgehill University has Mary Pearson's FoMO mofos (also on Tue 23 Oct) and b-group's Point of Echoes on Thu 25 Oct. Also on Thu 25 Oct, over in Leeds, Third Angel's 600 People is at Live Art Bistro.

The following week (w/c 29 Oct) Milk Presents and Figs in Wigs come to Orbit Festival; while Fuel Theatre descends on Leeds with the Tonight We Fly Festival (30 Oct- 3 Nov, be warned they don't make it easy to spot who the artists are).  LaPelle's Factory is also in Leeds; Liz Agiss is in Liverpool; and Andy Smith is at Edgehill and in Preston (and Leeds simultaneously I believe!).

Make the most of it, as things quieten down markedly in parts Mancunian for the following few weeks.
