This weekend Amy Vreeke's Glowing is at Contact (until Sat 22 Oct; while HOME has Boy Blue's Blak, Whyte, Gray (also until Sat 22 Oct) and Javaad Alipoor's Things Hidden Since the Foundation of the World (22 Oct - 5 Nov). Elsewhere, there's a Scratch Studio at Liverpool Everyman on Sat 22 Oct.

Next week (w/c 24 Oct) Contact has CYC's Halo (24-26 Oct) and Artists Make Space on Fri 28 + Sat 29 Oct; Extraordinary Bodies' Delicate at The Lowry on Tue 25 + Wed 26 Oct; and Watch Us Dance is at the New Adelphi Theatre on Fri 28 Oct.

Liverpool is really busy with Seke Chimutengwede's It Begins In Darkness at the Bluecoat on Thu 27 Oct and Sonia Sabri's Roshni at the Capstone Theatre on Sat 29 Oct. Plus, at the Unity Theatre, DaDaFest has Rosa Faye Garland's Trash Salad (Wed 26 Oct), Chronic Insanity's 24,23,22 (Thu 27 Oct), Kadisha Kayana Sunshine and Shadows (Fri 28 Oct) and Rhiannon May's Crash Landing (Sat 29 Oct).
In St Helens, Heart of Glass has Lowri Evans's Takeover 2022  (28 Oct - 13 Nov) including Jenny Gaskell's The Cloakroom and David Hoyle's Ten Commandments both on Sat 29 Nov.
To the east:  in Leeds, CLAY has Ray Young's BODIES at Bramley Baths on Thu 27 Nov while Slung Low has Pigfoot's Hot in Here at the Holbeck on Fri 28 Nov; while Ad Infinitum's Beautiful Evil is at the Drama Studio, Sheffield on Sun 30 Nov.

The following week (w/c 31 Oct) Pigfoot is at Contact; IMPact's Dance Lab is at The Lowry and Going Deutsch is at Manchester Jewish Museum.
Elsewhere, Witch Hunt is in Sheffield; Back to Back Theatre, Alethia Antonia and Aura are in Leeds; Vincent Dance Theatre are in Liverpool and Figs in Wigs and Turntable Theatre in St Helens.
It's generally gone a bit festival-tastic with the ongoing Lowri Evans's Takeover 2022 and DaDaFest, now joined by Homotopia... and if you happen to be in Croydon, Drunken Chorus's A Bit of a Do.
 
Online: A Bit of a Do also goes online with a Short Film Showcase 21-29 Oct, SoDaDa22 on Mon 24 Oct and Chisato Minaminura Scored in Silence on Wed 26 Oct. All the aforementioned DaDaFest shows are available online 31 Oct-18 Dec. Lowri Evans's Telenovela is available to watch online and as ever there's Lowry Digital, HOMESCREEN, MIF Watch On DemandUnity Online + Sadlers Wells Digital Stage and the Word of Warning YouTube.
