warnmcr: on the wild side...

Word of Warning...

So, you find WoW poised to head off on a rare safari into the 'country' or at least, the nearest I get : the tranquil little green haven that is Hulme Community Garden Centre for Tom Marshman's We Need to Talk About Bambi (tomorrow Sat 13 June at 3, 5+8pm and Sun 14 June at 3+5pm).  The danger of my general sarcasm is that no one knows when I'm not joking - but for anyone that doesn't know the community garden, it's genuinely really lovely - and you can even indulge in some of Ooh La La's al fresco foodie treats.

You can also still catch Moving Dance Forward, tonight (Fri 12 June) at Contact featuring Joseph Lau, Bridget Fiske, Christopher Owen and Lisi Perry; Theatrestate's Tribute Acts at Bradford Theatre in the Mill on Sat 13 June and Kate O'Donnell's Big Girl's Blouse at Slung Low's HUB in Leeds on Sun 14 June.  Slightly differently, if you fancy a change of life, there's a Life Exchange going on in Macclesfield on Sat 13 June.

Next week (w/c 15 June) seems to be back in lull mode, though on Thu 18 June there's Stella Grundy's Rise and Fall of a Northern Star at Bradford's Theatre In The Mill and Idle Motion's That Is All You Need To Know at the HUB in Leeds.

The following week (w/c 22 June) there's Greg Wohead at LAB Leeds and Re:con's Sensored at Contact and of course WoW is back (with Divergency and STUN) for Ria Hartley's Matilda and Me.

Ponchos and iconic greenroom brollies at the ready - see you and Bambi in the garden!

Best,

Tamsin
