Here at Word of Warning we're reeling from our 32 show epic week and looking forward to just a little bit of non-show time... you, however, have a bewildering panoply of choice...
This weekend Darren Pritchard's Rent Party is ongoing at the Klondyke in Levenshulme until Sat 13 Oct (only a few Sat matinee tickets left - also see the BBC film about it); MIF has Heiner Goebbels's Everything that happened and would happen at Mayfield Depot until 21 Oct (wrap up very warm); and Clod Ensemble's Placebo is at The Lowry until Sat 13 Oct.
Further afield, the Arts Centre at Edgehill University has Tmesis Theatre's Beyond Belief, tonight Fri 12 Oct, and A little bird told me's When did you stop dancing? on Sat 13 Oct; while Slung Low's HUB in Leeds has Tin Can People's Katie & Pip on Sun 14 Oct .
Next week (w/c 15 Oct) Contact presents Keisha Thompson's Man On The Moon (16-20 Oct) and Elmi Ali's Water, Seeds Not Stone (20, 22, 23 Oct) at STUN. The Breaking Ground platform is at Sale Waterside on Thu 18 Oct; Séance is at The Royal Exchange Theatre (19-31 Oct). On Fri 19 Oct Quarantine's Wallflower is at the New Adelphi University of Salford; and Emma Decent's I Don't Know What I'm Supposed To Be Doing is at Chorlton Library.
Elsewhere, Ellie Dubois's No Show is at Lancaster Arts on Mon 15 Oct; Gracefool Collective's This Really Is Too Much is at Stage@Leeds on Wed 17 Oct; Lisa Alexander's To You, To You, To You is at Edgehill on Wed 17 Oct; Derelict has Clod Ensemble's Placebo at the Media Factory in Preston on Fri 19 + Sat 20 Oct; and Unlimited Theatre + RashDash's Future Bodies is at the LBT, Huddersfield on Fri 19 Oct.
The following week (w/c 22 Oct) sees Orbit Festival at HOME, including Xavier de Sousa, Selina Thompson, Akeim Toussaint Buck, YESYESNONO + Dante or Die. Contact has Nima Séne at STUN; the Lowry has Meraki Collective's Drift; and the Royal Exchange Theatre has Chris Thorpe's The Mysteries. Further afield The Foley Explosion is in Lancaster; Mary Pearsonand b-group at Edgehill; and Third Angel in Leeds.
I'm going back to ploughing through the terrifyingly enormous quantity of documentation we've gathered over the past week!
