Sale Waterside has Rogue Play Theatre's Mother Tree tonight, Fri 16 Sep and Maz Hedgehog's Let Me Count The Ways on Sat 17 Sep. Also on Fri 16 and Sat 17 Sep, in Liverpool there's the Up Next Weekender at Unity Theatre; and in Preston there's Lancashire Encounter, including Derelict's  Close Encounters (of the absurd kind)Over in Leeds Sign Dance Collective is at the Holbeck on Sat 17 Sep. 

Next week (w/c 19 Sep) Georgia Tegou + Michalis Theophanous's Reverie is at The Lowry on Tue 20 + Wed 21 Sep; while Quarantine's 12 Last Songs is at HOME on Sat 24 Sep; further afield Jasmin Vardimon's Alice is at the LBT, Huddersfield on Wed 21 and Thu 22 Sep; while, for some performance art Spill Yer Tea is at Fashion Hub Liverpool on Sat 24 Sep featuring Phil Bedwell, Rachel Parry, Alice Colquhoun, Shackle & Bell, Swextshops, Ella Tighe, melissandre varin, Bill Duffy, Niya B.

The following week (w/c 26 Feb) Gecko's Kin is at HOME 27 Sep - 1 Oct while Spoken Movement's Family Honour is at Contact on Thu 29 Sep.
For us, anyway, the main event is Emergency 22, also at Contact, on Sat 1 Oct - 23 pieces running from 12noon to 10pm.
Elsewhere, mandla's As British as a Watermelon is part of Blackfest at Unity, Liverpool on Mon 26 Sep.
