Having been born on a 13th, I generally look upon it favourably - but I did stop short of pushing the button on our NPO application on Friday the 13th (and yes, we did play it as we submitted). Meanwhile, in a world beyond Grantium...

IRL:
This weekend - RashDash's Oh Mother continues at HOME until 19 May); while the Debut student festival ends today at the New Adelphi theatre. Company Chameleon's The Shadow is at NSCD's Riley Theatre in Leeds on Sat 14 May while  Mayfest kicks off in Bristol  until 29 May.

Next week (w/c 16 May) Rowena Gander's Barely Visible is at Sale Waterside on Wed 18 May; and on Fri 20 May Performance Research Group/Babel Theatre's In Search of Fathers  is at Manchester School of Theatre and Pete the Terrible x Pen:Chant is at The Edge Theatre. 

The following week (w/c 23 May) there's Lip Service A Life of Laughter at Chorlton High School;  and Everything I Didn't Say at The Lowry. SICK! Festival has mandla rae at Anthony Burgess; Ejaculation Falls at STUN; + Company Chameleon in Harpurhey; while we at Word of Warning are back at Contact with Works Ahead.

Keep keeping an eye on Chorlton Arts Festival and Lancashire Fringe Festival for anything that may take your fancy!
